The Rocky Juwel background has its very own characteristic charm. It is a little flatter than the backgrounds “Malawi” and “Tanganyika”, and therefore suits smaller tanks especially. The backgrounds are put together after being placed in the tank, and then they are glued in.

On the right side, both backgrounds have a large compartment that can hold the aquarium equipment, with an integrated water inlet and outlet.

This compartment is roomy enough for large internal filters, heaters and other visually less than attractive technical components. The large filter compartment can easily be turned into a large biological filter.
